Dal 15 luglio al 7 agosto 2010 alla Fortezza di Firenze ci sono tutta una serie di avvenimenti molto interessanti. La rassegna degli eventi si chiama "Avanti Popolo".
Domani sera (giovedì 22 luglio 2010) ci saranno i Modena City Ramblers.
Infatti come è possibile leggere:
I Modena City Ramblers festeggiano i tre lustri dall'uscita del loro storico primo disco "Riportando tutto a casa" con un particolare Tour che li vedrà protagonisti nei "piccoli-grandi" Club della penisola, grazie alla celebrazione on stage di quell'esordio tanto amato da tutti i fan della band! Un concerto che tra le altri particolarità, sarà anche evocativo di un periodo - forse l'ultimo - dove i grandi cambiamenti sembravano ancora possibili. Un salto nel passato per riprendere una scaletta impostata sui live di quel periodo, che sapevano di sudore e di Guinness, amore per l'Irlanda e voglia di cambiare quell'Italia della prima Repubblica. Per l'occasione, tra le fila dei "Delinqueint ed Modna", torna un "vecchio" compagno, tra i fondatori della band, Luciano Gaetani, a dar manforte nel ricreare il tipico sound del primo periodo Ramblers, quel "combat folk" ormai divenuto vera e propria definizione di stile musicale.
